Shipping & Return Policies
We offer a full suite of shipping options at checkout, from UPS, USPS, to Fedex.
For domestic large shipments that exceed postage maximums, trucking services are used.
For same day shipping, all orders must be submitted before 12:00PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Orders placed after 12:00PM PST and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed for shipment on the following business day, pending verification of payment and shipping information.
Expert Brand ships merchandise specified by the customer using the preferred carrier as described in the purchase order. Our Fedex and UPS drivers arrive at 4:30PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).
Shipping Confirmation
All online orders submitted will receive an automatic order confirmation email. For orders placed via our customer service department, an order confirmation will be provided by the associated Expert Brand representative. Expert Brand does not pay for expedited shipments on orders that are not confirmed.
Pick-up
Customer pick-up service is available 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday. An email confirmation with packing list will be sent once your order is ready. You may also call to confirm your order is ready for pick up.
Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $500
Valid on regular priced items and orders shipped to the 48 contiguous US states via standard shipping. Typical transit time is 2-5 business days. This promotion does not apply to sale items.
International Orders
We do ship internationally, however, you must supply this shipping address to a freight forwarder that is within the contiguous U.S. We can also ship direct to an international account using your own shipping account number; please contact your Customer Service Representative for more details at info@expertbrand.com. All international orders must be paid in full with a wire transfer for shipping to an international address.
Estimated freight charge is based on the weight of the shipment and will be determined prior to shipment.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase.
Please inspect your merchandise before any printing, decorating, or alterations. We do not accept returns of decorated or washed garments under any circumstances. All items must be returned with their original packaging.
All Sale Items Are Final. No Returns or Exchanges.
Sale items must be paid by credit card.
No returns or exchanges are accepted after 7 days of receipt.
All claims and return requests must be made within 7 days from merchandise receipt, and must be approved in writing by the Expert Brand team.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a RA # (Return Authorization # issued by Expert Brand).
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight.
Please allow 5-10 days to process the returns for refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges must be for the same item or of an equal amount.

Custom & Private Label Orders
Custom and private label orders in process may not be cancelled for any reason once the production process has started and are the customer’s financial responsibility. Orders may not be canceled without any written authorization.
