If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen. Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 10 days from the shipping date. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The refund will be issued within 24-48 hours after Expert Brand has received returned product(s).
